The Zen Packages
Packages are an affordable way to get all the services to make your life easier. You pick the package with the number of points that you need. With any package, you can get any service that is offered.
Each month, you pick the services you want for the month. I touch base with you at the end of each month to see what services you need for the next month so your services change to fit your life and what is going on in it.

1 Point Services
Bill paying set up service – includes set up of online bill paying services for up to 15 different reoccurring bills, a one time service
Drug store shopping service – includes shopping, delivery and stocking once a month
Dry cleaning service – includes pick up and drop off of your dry cleaning once a month
In-home flower service – includes fresh flowers set up in your home once a month
Mail and package service – includes pick up and drop off of your mail from your post office box twice per month and up to 3 packages or priority documents picked up and mailed per month
Meal planning service – includes planning and shopping list for 10 meals a month
Occasion card service – includes the purchase, addressing, preparation for your signature and mailing of up to 8 occasion cards per month
Pantry and freezer list service – includes a personalized list of your pantry and freezer items including inventory
Picture framing service – includes the drop off and pick up of one picture for framing per month
Reminder services – includes reminders of important dates, meetings, birthdays, anniversaries and events for up to 10 occurrences per month
Scheduling services – includes scheduling of personal appointments which includes dinner reservations, maintenance appointments for car and home, medical appointments, tee times etc, for up to 5 appointments per month
TIVO/Digital Video Recorder service – includes the management of your TIVO or DVR to make sure all of your favorite shows are recorded up to twice per month
Wake-up call service – includes a personal phone call, personal reminder list for a presentation, trip or important occasion once per month
2 Point Services
Butcher shop/Dairy service – includes personalized shopping list for you to fill out, shopping, delivery and stocking in your kitchen once a month
Car service – includes obtaining oil change, minor car repair or taking car for detailing once a month. This service includes a trip to the gas station to top off gasoline
Filing service – includes the organization of paperwork of up to 200 documents once per month
Gift shopping service – includes gift ideas, shopping, wrapping and delivery of up to two gifts per month
Grocery shopping service – includes a personalized shopping list for you to fill out, shopping, delivery and stocking in your kitchen once a month
Home shopping club service – includes personalized shopping list for you to fill out, shopping, delivery and stocking in your home once a month
Personal Shopping service – includes personal shopping for you for up to 3 items delivered to your home
Prescription services – includes managing refills, two pick ups and two drop offs to your home
Waiting service – includes waiting at your home for services, installation or repair for up to 3 hours per occurrence per month
3 Point Services
Calendar service – includes the maintenance of a family calendar with reminders and setting of appointments as needed per month
Delivery Service – includes the pick-up and delivery of up to 3 items to specific locations within 15 miles of home
Hiring service – includes assistance in finding a needed service such as babysitter, nanny, window cleaning, contractor, maid, etc. and includes the finding and researching of 3 different service providers in the same field for you to pick one from
Online Auction Service – includes the photographing, posting and managing for online sale and shipping of up to 4 items per month
Research Service – includes researching billing issues, billing disputes, gathering and finding information and follow-up for up to 2 issues per month
Specialized shopping service – includes the location, finding and purchasing of one difficult or hard to find item or service
Weekend get-away service – includes the preparation and planning of up to three meals and other food for a weekend get-away packed in a cooler ready to go prior to your departure.
Personalized service – includes one individual personalized service as negotiated with client. These are services that are not included in services list and must be agreed upon by both parties.
4 Point Services
Pre-prepared meal service– includes preparation of 4 slow cooker or pre-prepared main dishes ready to cook or reheat. Each meal serves 4 adults.

Services do not include the price of groceries, dry cleaning, meal ingredients, shipping charges, gifts, flowers etc.
